International Skills Training to produce qualified trainers
His Excellency Mr. Andrew Ford congratulated 17 trainers who have completed a twelve-day program for an International Skills Training – Trainer and Assessor Course (IST) funded by Tonga Skills in partnership with Australia Pacific Training Coalition, Tonga Business Enterprise Centre, and technical training institutions from the public and private sectors.
