Tonga Skills, in collaboration with the Ministry of Commerce Consumer Trade Innovation and Labour (MCCTIL), supports this skills development activity that provides business coaching in entrepreneurial skills to 10 champions identified from the recent “Business Start-Up Training” that was implemented by MCCTIL. These champions have established their own small businesses in agriculture, manufacturing as well as other areas from the productive sector. It is anticipated that these 10 champions will be able to improve their businesses to be sustainable and profitable. The knowledge gained from the training could be further shared with other business owners through buddy and twinning approaches.
The training will continue throughout the whole month of November.
