The Skills Planning Coordinator for the Tonga Skills for Inclusive Economic Growth Program, Mrs Tu’ifua Takapautolo, was in Vanuatu on a one week visit to the Vanuatu TVET Project, a similar program to Tonga Skills. While in Vanuatu Mrs Takapautolo visited Malampa Province TVET Centre on the island of Malekula, to gain experience and share good practices with the staff of the centre. She also visited the Malampa Women’s Handicraft Centre, which is one of the many successful small businesses supported by the Vanuatu TVET Project. Mrs Takapautolo returned to Tonga on Saturday 18 November.
